Dr. Chirag A. Nayak is a highly accomplished, compassionate, and reliable Consultant Radiologist with over two decades of clinical and diagnostic expertise. Driven by the core philosophy of serving patients with humanity, Dr. Nayak combines state-of-the-art diagnostic technology with deep clinical acumen to deliver precise medical insights that guide effective patient care.
He is currently the Owner and Head of Nityam Radiodiagnostic Clinic in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, a leading center for advanced imaging and diagnostics.

- Chief / Head Consultant Radiologist | Om Shri Ram Mantra Mandir Trust Medical Centre, Bhavnagar (2006 – 2010) – Spearheaded pioneering diagnostic services in the region.

- Advanced Ultrasound & 3D/4D Sonography: Extensive experience in high-resolution transabdominal, transvaginal, and small-part imaging (thyroid, breast, musculoskeletal), utilizing premium systems like the GE LogiQ S7 Expert.
- Color Doppler Evaluation: Advanced mapping of peripheral extremities, carotid, abdominal, and obstetric vasculature.
- Computed Tomography (CT) & MRI: Expert interpretation of complex multi-slice CT and high-field MRI scans, including neuroimaging, musculoskeletal studies, triple-phase abdominal CTs, MRCP, and specialized MR spectroscopy.
- Interventional Radiology: Well-trained in performing precise image-guided procedures, including FNACs, core needle biopsies, and percutaneous catheter drainages (abdominal/pelvic collections).
- Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA): Adept in diagnostic cerebral, visceral, and peripheral angiograms, as well as assisting in vascular embolization and angioplasty procedures.

A dedicated academician, Dr. Nayak continuously contributes to medical literature and the radiology community:
- Leadership Roles: Proudly serves as an elected State Council Member for the Indian Radiology and Imaging Association (IRIA). He has also been appointed multiple times as a Medical Council of India (MCI) Observer for regional conferences and CMEs.
- Published Research: Author of peer-reviewed articles in the Indian Journal of Radiology and Imaging (IJRI), including published works on complex clinical presentations like Sickling with Avascular Necrosis and Limb Body Wall Complex.
- Award-Winning Exhibits: Awarded 1st Prize for his scientific poster presentation on MR Urography at the Nanavati Hospital MRI Update in Mumbai.
